Got an email from our PM stating that plumbing and HVAC rough in have been completed. Electrical rough in should start tomorrow and drywall should start over the weekend! Do anyone know how long it usually takes to complete drywall??
My PM called me again today. He said that the drywall has been hung and that they will tape and**I think he said do the first coat of paint (I was shopping when he called so I was a little distracted) next week. So technically, it only takes 1 week to install the drywall.
My PM said that it would take 2-3 weeks, but a fellow blogger said that it should only take 1 week. I think a safe guesstimate would be 2 weeks.
