New Settlement Date

We had asked our SR if we can get our settlement date changed closer to our walk thru date. Today they gave us the approval for a change in our settlement date. Our new settlement date will be December 5, 2013.

      We are leaving Texas on November 30 and just going to stay with family until we close. So we will be moving in immediately ...lol

      We were original given a November close date. So we had already notified the landlord we would be moving out by the end of November.
